Tender Estimation Engineer
Job Description :
- Coordinate between the project’s entities and disciplines.
- Liaise with the client to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Make certain that the clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Prepare progress invoices and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Keep a record for all project documents / submittals in an organized structure on server for easy follow-up & tracking.
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare tenders’ technical & financial proposals.
- Maintaining communications with current clients and establishing communications with new potential Clients.
- Follow up contracts negotiations up to contract signature as well as participation in any contract re-negotiations during the lifetime of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil or Arch. engineering is a Must
- +3 years of experience are required.
- Experience within engineering consulting firms
- Previous Experience on the same Position
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Very good English language.
- The candidate should be motivated, creative and hard-worker.
- Ability to work solely or as part of a team.
- Ability to use Microsoft office Tools
- Excellent Quantity surveying Experience
- Good Knowledge with Electrical and MEP Basics
