“Fit-Out” is the process of making interior spaces livable. Under fit-out package falls all the activities related to interior works, starting from mechanical installations, lighting and electrical fixtures and linking them to the main services and utilities, decoration, false ceilings, flooring, partitioning, interior walls, paintings, woodworks (Doors and Windows), etc. up to furnishing the spaces to be ready for use. A completed fit-out means that the building is now ready for occupancy.
Fit-Outs can generally be categorized into two types:
