Architecture Engineer

Job Description:

• Acting as the main site responsible person of the project
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the site progress
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings
• to keep them informed of progress
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force, reporting to the Engineers Manager
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
• Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards

job requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture Engineering
• 4 years experience in the site
