Cira Pharma is an Egyptian pharmaceutical company established in 2020 specialized in manufacturing and promoting medical devices, as well as promoting cosmeceuticals & pharmaceutical products and food supplements.

BuildIN was appointed as the main contractor for this project. Our work takes the building from a ground floor to ground + 3 floors building. Scope of work comprises of concrete construction, strengthening works using different techniques and exterior finishes:

• Vertical extension of the existing building by the construction of new additional 3 floors on top of the existing building
• Column strengthening using two methods, the CFRP wrapping and the concrete jacketing
• Openings strengthening using CFRP laminates
• Exterior finishes of façade including plaster and paint works, installation of curtain wall system and aluminum cladding

By working closely with our consultant and supply chain, we have delivered the work to our customer’s satisfaction and within the budget set. We look forward to working with Cira Pharma again in the near future.
