Smart Village is a high-technology business district in the city of 6th of October, Egypt, established by Presidential Decree no.355 in 2000, with activities starting in 2001. It is a business district that occupies an area of 450 feddans with office buildings, retail shops, entertainment, factories and green spaces.
BuildIN was assigned to install firestop systems, including joints and penetrations sealing for administrative building B2116. This project constitutes around 600 m' of firestop head of wall joint sealing of project fire zones. Fire zones penetrations were sealed using acrylic and intumescent sealant. Underground penetrations waterproofing was also carried out.
By working closely with our consultants and supply chain we have delivered the work to our customer’s satisfaction and within the budget set. We look forward to working with Smart Village again in the near future.
